Employment-Based Green Cards
Our expertise spans all employment-based preference categories, and we have successfully guided clients through some of the most complex green card cases handled in the United States.

EB-1: Priority Workers

EB-2: Advanced Degree Professionals and Exceptional Ability

EB-3: Professional, Skilled, and Unskilled Workers

EB-4: Special Immigrants

This category provides a pathway to U.S. lawful permanent residence for religious workers, members of the U.S. armed forces, certain physicians, broadcasters, special immigrant juveniles, employees of certain international organisations, and other defined classes. Eligibility requirements vary substantially by sub-category, and our attorneys guide clients through the specific documentation required for each.

EB-5: Immigrant Investor Program

National Interest Waiver (NIW)

The NIW allows foreign nationals of exceptional ability in the arts, sciences, or business — and advanced degree professionals including doctoral students — to self-petition for permanent residence without employer sponsorship or PERM, if their work is in the national interest of the United States. A successful NIW petition must establish that: (1) the proposed endeavour has substantial merit and national importance; (2) the petitioner is well-positioned to advance it; and (3) it would be beneficial to the U.S. to waive the job offer and PERM requirements. Our attorneys have an extensive track record in NIW cases across a wide range of fields.
